When clinics use PlusGynec, they store patient information in the platform; the clinic remains the controller of that data and PlusGynec processes it on their behalf.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, schedule demos, send service communications and, with your consent, share product updates. We do not sell personal information.

Patient health information

Patient records entered by clinics are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role, and activity is logged. We access patient data only when needed to provide support requested by the clinic or when required by law.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, messaging and payment partners), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Clinics can export their data at any time and request deletion when they close their account.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, by contacting us.
